We want you to be happy with OhMyVoice. This page explains your options if the Software doesn't meet your needs.
1. Free Trial — Try Before You Buy
OhMyVoice offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. We strongly encourage you to use the trial period to evaluate whether the Software meets your needs before purchasing.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase OhMyVoice and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at contact@ohmyvoice.xyz with:
- The email address used at purchase
- Your order ID or license key (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- A brief description of the issue (optional but appreciated)
We will process your refund request within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer but typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
5. License Revocation Upon Refund
Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be revoked and your device activations will be deactivated. The Software will return to trial mode or stop functioning after the refund is processed. Please ensure you no longer need to use the Software before requesting a refund.
6. Exceptions
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible under this policy. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
